Get ready for an unforgettable evening celebrating the music of Canadian troubadour Gordon Lightfoot. Nudie & The Sundowners will take the stage to perform the iconic songs that have defined generations. From the heartbreaking “If You Could Read My Mind” to the epic “Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald,” the evening promises to be a heartfelt celebration of the man and his songs. From the sweet folk licks of Lightfoot’s early music, to the sultry electric guitar riffs and grooving bass lines of Sundown, lead guitarist Bobby McIsaac, bassist Serge Bernard and your host Nudie on vocals & guitar, perfectly capture the spirit of Lightfoot’s music.

An Island sensation for years, Nudie has toured long and far and played in venues of all sizes across North America. Along with club & festival shows in Canada & the United States, Nudie has showcased at the North by Northeast Festival, the Ontario Council of Folk Festivals, the Americana Music Festival in Nashville and the North American Folk Alliance in Memphis, Tennessee. His songs have been featured in CTV television’s Saving Hope as well as the 2021 crime/thriller, A Small Fortune.

The Good Brothers who won eight Juno awards for Best Country Group and headlined gigs at Massey Hall, Roy Thompson Hall, The National Art Centre and performed countless shows at L.A.'s Universal Amphitheatre with (their mentor) Gordon Lightfoot have gained a worldwide audience over the course of their accomplished career. The Goods' were honoured by being the 2004 inductees into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame as well as two nominations for Country Group and Roots Artist of the year at the Canadian Country Music Awards. They have toured in Europe 40 times, where their loyal legion of fans embrace them time and time again.
